SHIPPING POLICY

At Sauna Wellness World, we partner with trusted carriers and reputable manufacturers to ensure your wellness equipment arrives safely, on time, and with clear communication throughout the process. Please review the following shipping details before completing your purchase.


📧 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation Email.
This means:

  • Your order has been received in our system

  • Your payment method has been pre-authorized

  • We are preparing your order for processing

If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, check your spam or contact us at:

🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • Fulfillment timing depends on the manufacturer’s warehouse schedule

  • Processing does not include shipping transit time

We will keep you updated every step of the way through email.


🔄 Shipping Options (Supplier Dependent)

Shipping options vary by manufacturer and product type. Your item may qualify for:

1. Free Curbside Delivery (Default for Most Saunas)

The carrier delivers the boxed/palletized unit to the curb or end of your driveway.

2. Threshold Delivery

Delivered to your porch, garage, or covered entry area (if offered by manufacturer).

3. White Glove Delivery

Includes room-of-choice delivery, minor assembly, and packing material removal.
White Glove DOES NOT include sauna assembly or electrical installation.

Not all shipping upgrades are available for all products.
Email us before ordering if you need a specific delivery service.


📝 Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is emailed to you within 24 hours of the product leaving the warehouse.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the Continental United States only.
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • Canada or International addresses

If you need special accommodations, email us to see if exceptions can be made.


📦 Freight Delivery Instructions (LTL Shipments)

Most saunas, cold plunges, and large wellness products ship via LTL freight, which requires extra steps.

Before Delivery:

  • The freight carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment

  • Ensure someone 18+ is available to sign

At Delivery:

You must inspect the shipment before signing for it.

Look for:

  • Dents

  • Tears

  • Holes

  • Crushed corners

  • Broken pallets

  • Water damage

Required Actions:

  • Take photos of all sides of the packaging

  • Document any damage on the delivery receipt

  • Accept delivery unless the damage is severe

  • Email photos within 24 hours to:

Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours may void the claim per carrier rules.


🚫 Refused Deliveries

Do not refuse delivery unless the shipment is severely damaged.

Refusing delivery for any other reason may result in:

  • Return freight charges

  • A 25% restocking fee

  • Re-delivery fees


⏳ Backorders & Delays

If your item is backordered, we will notify you immediately.
You may choose to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Switch to another product

  • Cancel for a full refund if the item has not shipped

Unexpected delays may occur due to freight congestion, supply chain disruptions, or inventory shortages.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

For smaller items shipped via UPS/FedEx:

  • Sauna Wellness World is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" but not received

  • Stolen/lost package claims must be filed with the carrier

  • We will assist you in the process

Large freight items rarely fall under this category.
