Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sauna Wellness World. We strive to provide high-quality home wellness products and an exceptional shopping experience. Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers and specialty suppliers, our return and refund policies may differ from typical retail stores.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellations
Order Cancelation Before Shipment
Most orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been processed or shipped by the supplier.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the supplier has already begun processing or shipping, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Final Sale Items (No Returns, No Refunds)
Because many of our items are large, heavy, custom-built, or ship directly from manufacturers, certain products are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or returns, including:
- Saunas (all types)
- Steam generators
- Heaters
- Massage chairs
- Cryotherapy equipment
- Water filtration systems
- Any oversized, heavy, or pallet-shipped item
- Custom or personalized items
- Any product marked “Final Sale” on the product page
If the supplier designates an item as non-returnable, then the purchase is final, and no refund will be provided.
3. Returns (When Allowed)
If a supplier does allow returns for your specific product, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within the supplier’s allowed window (typically 7–30 days depending on brand).
- You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including:
- freight fees
- lift-gate charges
- warehouse restocking fees (usually 15–35%)
Restocking Fees
Most manufacturers charge restocking fees on returns. Fees vary by supplier but are typically 15%–35% of the product price.
We do not control supplier restocking fees.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:
- The product was installed, used, or assembled
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- The supplier has a strict no-return policy
- The item is a personal-care product for hygiene reasons
- The customer refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to damage
- The return request is made after the supplier’s allowed return period
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you MUST:
- Inspect the shipment upon delivery
- Take photos and videos of:
- damage
- packaging
- shipping labels
- Email us within 48 hours at

If damage is confirmed:
- We will file a claim with the supplier or carrier
- The supplier will determine whether the item will be:
- repaired
- replaced
- or refunded (rare and supplier-dependent)
Note: Refusing delivery without approval may result in additional freight charges.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend entirely on supplier availability and approval.
In most cases, exchanges follow the same process as returns (restocking fees, freight costs, and return approval).
7. Refund Process
If approved by the supplier, refunds will be issued:
- Back to your original payment method
- Minus any applicable:
- restocking fees
- return shipping costs
- processing fees
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
8. Order Tracking Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly
- Confirm the shipping address on your order
We will assist in filing a claim, but refunds are not guaranteed unless approved by the carrier or supplier.
9. Customer Responsibility Disclaimer
By purchasing from Sauna Wellness World, the customer agrees to:
- Read all product descriptions carefully
- Confirm dimensions, electrical requirements, and installation needs
- Verify compatibility with their home prior to ordering
- Provide a safe and accessible delivery location
- Be home for deliveries requiring signatures
Failure to do so does not qualify for free returns or refunds.
